Temple U. Student Surrenders After Standoff
PHILADELPHIA – An unidentified 26-year-old Temple University student surrendered early Monday morning, ending a standoff with police that lasted nearly 17 hours.
The incident occurred at an off-campus apartment. The suspect’s parents told authorities he was suicidal. No one was injured as a result of the incident.
