A 14-year-old girl is being accused of arranging the gang rape of her ninth-grade classmate. The teen may face charges as an accomplice to the alleged crime.
According to police, two female Monroe County High School students left school before the start of classes and went to a house with three men. The victim allegedly began the encounter with consent but tried to stop it once all three male suspects joined in, according to Fox News.
Steven Scott, 20, DeShon Riley, 16, and Justin Williams, 17, are being charged with felony rape. According to reports, the suspects took turns assaulting the 14-year-old victim. The other girl allegedly told police the suspects tried to rape her as well, but that no intercourse occurred, reported Fox News. However, a medical examination revealed that the girl did have sex. She allegedly is dating one of the three suspects.
After the alleged attack, the men took the girls back to school. School authorities later called police after finding the victim in bloody clothes. She required surgery from her injuries and was in intensive care for three days.
