Students Strip-Searched at School, Says Parents

DETROIT – After three seventh-grade girls and their parents said they were stripped searched at Trinity Lutheran School, the principal was placed on a two-week leave.

According to the Associated Press, the girls were ordered to strip down to their underwear so a female teacher could search each student for $42 that was allegedly stolen Oct. 1.

The incident is still being investigated. The teacher who searched the students is still teaching.
