SSI’s 2017 Physical-Cyber Security Survey
As with the Cloud, home networking concern demonstrates heightened alarm with the average rating now being 7.67 compared to only 7.01 in 2016.
After declining a year ago, respondents’ fear of their own customers’ personal records being exposed rocketed to an all-time high of 7.67 (was 7.20 in 2016).
The biggest shifts here are a bump of 5 percentage points in more IT/cybersecurity training for technicians (up 11 points since 2014) and a 2-point rise in doing same for salespeople.
