McGraw, a member of the hacking group Electronik Tribulation Army, was planning to distribute a denial-of-service (DDoS) attack on July 4, 2009; however he was arrested days before the incident could take place.

The suspect is said to have broken into more than 14 computers.

He faces up to 10 years in prison on each of the two counts. His sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 16.
