PASADENA, Calif. — A 30-year-old security guard from Marshall Fundamental School has been charged with felony sexual assault. Shawn “J Silky” Johnson remains in custody at Los Angeles County’s Twin Tours Jail on $100,000 bail.

Johnson is facing one count of sexual penetration by a foreign object, one count of contact with a minor for sexual purposes and one count of contact with a minor for lewd conduct, the Pasadena Star-News reports. Johnson reportedly sent text messages to a 16-year-old female student at the high school and arranged a meeting with her outside of school on March 3.

Johnson picked up the student in his car and took her to a forested area. When confronted by police, both Johnson and the student denied that any sexual contact had taken place during the outing.

The school quickly placed Johnson on administrative leave and launched an investigation. Police were notified of the incident on March 9.
