School Bus Camera Reportedly Catches Cop Assault on Student

HOUSTON—The Harris County district attorney’s office is reviewing video tape from a school bus camera that reportedly captured an incident in which a Houston Independent School District (ISD) police officer allegedly assaulted a student.
