WILSONVILLE, Ore. – The owner of a security company and two of his employees were arrested Dec. 11 after they were observed stealing school property. Oregon Episcopal School hired a second security firm to monitor Northwest Merchant Patrol following a string of suspicious burglaries last spring.
Police searched the residences of Stirling Anderson, 27, and his employees David Smith and Sheldon McMillan after the arrests were made. Detectives recovered more than a dozen laptops, several flat-screen televisions and multiple digital cameras, WilsonvilleSpokesman.com reports.
Police were initially suspicious of Anderson following a burglary of the school in April because there was no sign of forced entry. At that time, the school hired Arcadia Security to observe Anderson’s activities.
