Police Arrest 2 Teens for Plotting High School Shooting

COVINA, Calif.

Two Covina High School students have been arrested after allegedly plotting to shoot fellow students during an upcoming school assembly. Both boys, aged 15 and 16, admitted their school shooting plan to police.

The suspects were booked on suspicion of possession of a loaded and concealed firearm, possession of a loaded firearm on a school campus, and making criminal threats and burglary, according to the Pasadena Star-News.

Several loaded weapons were found at the 16-year-old boy’s home.
