A psychiatric patient in a Pittsburgh hospital attacked and sexually assaulted a staff member on Valentine’s Day.

Police say the 37-year-old patient grabbed the staff member by her throat, slammed her against a wall and threatened to kill her at the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), reports WPXI. The victim’s condition is not known.

UPMC promised to invest $10 million in security improvements in 2012 after WPXI reported multiple patient attacks on employees, including a shooting that left seven people injured and two dead.

UPMC officials did not disclose any information on spending or security improvements, but say they’ve made changes.
