Phoenix Police To Provide Primary Security Functions at ASU’s New Campus

PHOENIX, The Arizona State University (ASU) Department of Public Safety announced that Phoenix police will take the lead security role for ASU’s downtown campus, which is scheduled to open next fall.

ASU officials state that Phoenix police will handle all of the police functions for the campus and school police will provide aides to offer escorts and help with other security services. Details of the partnership are still being determined.
