STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — The football assistant who reported the alleged child sexual abuse by Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky is filing a whistle-blower lawsuit against the university.
Mike McQueary is currently on paid administrative leave, USA TODAY reports. He is seeking damages “outside normal arbitration limits,” according to court papers filed Tuesday.
The university has not yet received the complaint, according to a Penn State spokesman.
