OVW Offers Grants to Reduce Sexual Assaults, Domestic Violence

WASHINGTON

The U.S. Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) is seeking applications for the Grants to Reduce Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking on Campus Program.

This program furthers the Department’s mission by strengthening on campus victim services, security, and investigative strategies to prevent and prosecute violent crimes against women on campuses. Applicants are limited to institutions of higher education as defined under the Higher Education Amendments of 1998.

Letters of intent to apply should be submitted by February 17, 2010. All Applicants should register online with GMS by February 17. All applications are due by 8:00 p.m. E.T. on March 10.
