Old Dominion U. Names New Police Chief
NORFOLK, Va. — The Old Dominion University Police Department has named Rhonda L. Harris as its new chief of police.
Harris is currently chief at Rutgers University, WAVY.com reports. She has 25 years of experience.
Harris will oversee nearly 130 police officers, security guards and civilian personnel.
