New Mom Charged With Smoking Bath Salts in Maternity Ward

ALTOONA, Pa. – A mother who had given birth only two days earlier has been charged with smoking bath salts in the maternity ward of Altoona Regional Hospital.

Authorities say Carla Murphy, 31, stripped naked and fought with staff on June 17, reports WGHP. Police were called in to subdue her.
