Nev. Student Stabs Dorm Employee

RENO, Nev. — Police arrested an 18-year-old University of Nevada, Reno student after he allegedly stabbed a White Pine Residence Hall employee with a pocket knife.

Christopher Williams stabbed a 58-year-old woman, whose name has not been released, during early morning hours on Oct. 15, reports KRNV Reno. The victim, who was taken to the hospital for surgery, contacted police and identified her attacker before seeking medical attention, according to police.

Williams has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
