Nebraska Woman Shot in Hospital Parking Lot

OMAHA, Neb. – A woman, who was visiting her husband at Immanuel Medical Center Oct. 27, was shot in the chest in the hospital’s parking lot. The gunman was attempting to take her purse.

Marian Shabram, 59, was rushed to Creigton University Medical Center for treatment, where she was said to be in critical, but stable condition.

Police are still looking for the suspect and are reviewing surveillance videos for more information on the incident. Witnesses say the man got into a burgundy Buick Regal and fled the scene.
