Neb. Hospital Security Stops Serial Burglar

OMAHA, Neb. — Nebraska Medical Center security officers apprehended a burglar Sunday during a foot pursuit.

The officers witnessed the 26-year-old stealing an iPod from a vehicle at the hospital, the World-Herald reports. During the chase, the suspect was seen dropping laptop computers from a backpack. He was also carrying drug paraphernalia and a stolen credit card.

The computers were property of a business that had been burglarized the night before.
