PROVIDENCE, R.I. — More than 100 protesters shouted down New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly during his lecture Tuesday at Brown University.

University officials have voiced their disagreement with the protest, stating that they hope to convene a campus forum with Kelly to discuss important social issues.
