Milwaukee School of Engineering Appoints Director of Public Safety

The Milwaukee School of Engineering has hired Billy Fyfe as the director of the Public Safety Department.

Billy Fyfe has been appointed director of the Public Safety Department at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, or MSOE.

Fyfe previously served in posts such as shuttle driver, patrol officer, sergeant and lieutenant with the school’s Public Safety Department. He has an associate degree in criminal justice from Milwaukee Area Technical College and is working on a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at MSOE.

Fye has spent the last 12 years in the college safety and security industry, working for Marquette University as well as MSOE, reports director of media relations JoEllen Burdue.

MSOE is a non-profit university founded in 1903 with 2,800 students enrolled.
