Millikin U. Creates Campus Police Force

DECATUR, Ill. — Millikin University has started a campus police department to improve the overall safety and security of the institution.

Approved by the Millikin Board of Trustees in May, the police force will primarily respond to university-owned properties only, WANDTV.com reports.

Decatur Police will respond to any incidents on campus when Millikin Police are not on duty.
