Marietta College Names New Police Chief

MARIETTA, Ohio — Marietta College has named Jim Weaver as its new chief of police.

Weaver has been serving as interim police chief for the college since July. He came to work for MCPD in 2008.

Through his leadership, Weaver hopes to build the communication and relationships with the campus community, as well as with other local law enforcement agencies.
