On July 12 a man was arrested after driving his car around security and onto a Pittsburgh hospital’s helipad while a helicopter was running.

Eric Logan, 50, reportedly took his car within inches of a running helicopter at St. Clair Hospital after evading hospital security, who tackled Logan when he got out of his car. Logan was being treated by the hospital for a mental health issue at the time, according to Pittsburgh.cbslocal.com.

Police say Logan ran toward the pilot before hospital security stopped him. Logan reportedly thought someone was following him.

The pilot was preparing to fly a baby who had been born that day to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
