Man Caught Taping Kids at Tulane U. Charged With Child Porn
NEW ORLEANS — A man was arrested on charges of indecent behavior with juveniles and pornography involving juveniles after counselors at the Children’s Day Camp on the Tulane University campus reported that he had videotaped children inside a locker room.
William Lovejoy allegedly used his cell phone to record children changing into their swimsuits in the locker room, WDSU reports. He returned the following day and was apprehended by Tulane police.
Lovejoy was a member of the university’s gym since 2005. He was previously arrested on charges of careless operation of a vehicle.
