ALLENTOWN, Pa.—Elwood Osman, 86, shot and killed his wife and then shot himself in the hospice unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital on Tuesday.
Hospital staff heard the shots just after 1 p.m. When they entered the room, they found 83-year-old Mildred Osman dead, along with her husband, reports the Fremont Tribune.
