LEHIGH, Pa. — The U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights will launch an investigation against Lehigh University in response to a complaint that the institution has failed to properly address incidents of racial harassment on campus.

Additionally, the agency will work to help create an environment with effective anti-harassment policies and procedures.
