Answer: These computers are not set up in a way that allows the instructor to supervise all students at once. While blocking filters and monitoring software enable staff to supervise computer activity remotely, the ability to adequately monitor for bullying and inappropriate internet activity is greatly increased when staff have direct line of sight of all computers.
