Hidden Camera Found at Junior High School, Athletic Director Charged

ST. LOUIS, A junior high school athletic director has been arrested for videotaping girls as they changed for a basketball game.

The director who is also a fifth-grade teacher at St. John’s Lutheran school was charged Dec. 14 with making an unauthorized video recording. The suspect, Raymond Kaaz, 50, worked for the school for eight years and is a 25-year veteran of the school system. He is currently on paid leave.

According the authorities, Kaaz’s classroom has been used by visiting girls teams as a changing room because the school does not have a locker room in the gym for visiting teams.

The footage was discovered when the girls turned on the video equipment in the classroom and found they were being recorded. The camera was inside the classroom clock.
