Healthcare Safety, Security Organizations Announce 4th Annual Joint Educational Conference

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, N.C. – The North Carolina chapter of the International Association for Healthcare Safety & Security (NC IAHSS) and the Southeastern Safety & Security Healthcare Council (SSSHCC) have announced their Fourth Annual Joint Educational Conference will be held May 22-25.

Designed to provide educational programs and networking opportunities for healthcare safety and security professionals, conference presenters include Thomas A. Smith, CHPA, CPP, IAHSS president, nationally recognized street gang expert Detective Hunter Glass (Ret), and David Shick, North Carolina Justice Academy. Peter Troy, CHPA, will conduct a study session for those interested in prepping for the IAHSS Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (CHPA) examination that weekend.
