Hallucinating Man Flees Medical Center, Dies
SPOKANE, Wash. — A man who was suffering from hallucinations died on August 13 after fleeing from a hospital.
Police responded to a call from the man and called for an ambulance, The Spokesman-Review reports. The man was transported to the hospital.
A few hours later, hospital personnel called police to report that the man had fled and security was following him. When police arrived, the man had stopped breathing.
