Former East Stroudsburg Univ. Administrator Found Not Guilty of Sexual Harassment

Originally, six former students filed suit against Isaac Sanders, who was fired from ESU in 2008.

On Friday a jury ruled that former East Stroudsburg University (ESU) Vice President of Advancement Isaac Sanders was not guilty of sexual harassment or assault.

Three former students alleged Sanders groomed them for unwanted sexual advances by offering them jobs and paying their tuition, reports the Pocono Record. One plaintiff claimed Sanders forced him to perform oral sex on him several times.

Originally in 2009, six students filed suit against the former administrator, but three of the students’ claims were dropped due to the statute of limitations. Sanders was fired in 2008 after a law firm for the state system conducted an investigation. The results of the investigation have not been released.
