Former High School Students Charged in School Bus Prank

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. – Four former high school students flattened tires on 85 school buses in April. The oldest student faces a $500 fine, over $900 in restitution and court costs, and 300 hours of community service. The other three students involved were juveniles at the time of the prank.
