BALTIMORE – The Baltimore City Police and the FBI are continuing their investigation into a firebombing that occurred Aug. 2 at Baltimore Hebrew University but have not determined if the assault was intended as a hate crime against the Jewish school.

No one was injured and the small fire, which investigators suspect came from a Molotov Cocktail or another incendiary device, was extinguished quickly with little damage to the steel door it hit.

According to university officials, campus security will be increased until authorities find out more information about the incident.
