BALTIMORE — Firefighters contained a blaze atop an 11-story dorm building on the Johns Hopkins Hospital campus Wednesday before the fire caused any injuries.
The fire broke out in the building’s rooftop air ventilation unit around 10:30 a.m. and was contained within an hour, the Baltimore Sun reports. The incident caused limited damage to the facility’s roof.
Workers, evacuated by the facility’s fire alarm system, were allowed back into the building at 11:30 a.m.
