Fire Prevention and Safety Grants Still Available

The Department of Homeland Security is still accepting applications for Fire Prevention and Safety grants for the 2010 fiscal year.

Projects that are eligible for funding include arson prevention, sprinkler awareness, smoke alarm installation, burn preventions and public education on fire prevention.

Applications must be submitted by Feb. 4, 2011 at 5 p.m. EST.
