WEBSTER, N.Y. — The Webster Central School District’s transportation department will host its sixth annual school bus safety event from August 1-4.
The free event is intended to ease the first day of school for kindergartners who will be riding the bus to school, the Democrat and Chronicle reports. Students will learn about danger zones around the bus and the locations of emergency equipment.
The sessions, which take place at Willink Middle School, last an hour each day of the event.
