More and more campuses are considering the use of dogs in the detection of explosives, firearms, drugs and other hazardous materials.

At the Security 100 K-12 Summit held in early December in Tucson, Ariz., ITC Capital Partners demonstrated how one of its canines can detect ammunition, firearms and explosives.
