CCUPCA 2007 Training Conference Starts April 11

LOS ANGELES – The California College and University Police Chiefs Association (CCUPCA) announces that its 2007 Training Conference will be held April 11-13 in South Lake Tahoe, Calif.

Topics covered during the conference will include:

  • The time, place and manner of regulating free speech
  • Avoiding liability when hiring and training nonsworn security personnel
  • Accessing public records
  • Identity theft
  • Parking and issues of liability
