HOUSTON — Two 10-year-old boys have been charged in the sexual assault of an 8-year-old boy. The assault was captured by the security cameras on a Houston school bus.
The assault occurred in August, but the boys were arrested last week, KWTX.com reports. The investigation took several months to complete.
Officers were made aware of the incident when a parent asked the district’s transportation department on Aug. 30 to review conditions on a bus that transports special needs students. Upon reviewing the bus’ security video, officials found evidence of the assault.
