TORONTO — A New York bus monitor who was bullied by four middle school students has received more than $700,000 in donations.
Karen Klein, 68, received the check at a ceremony in Toronto Tuesday, the Associated Press reports. More than 30,000 people from 84 countries contributed to a fund set up for Klein after a video of her being harassed on a school bus went viral.
