BSU Students Warned of Wanted Sex Offender Preying on Women

Ball State University (BSU) students are being warned by local police about a nationally-wanted sex offender who allegedly preys on college students.

Rickey Allen Robbins, 58, was released from an Oregon prison in Dec. 10 and quickly violated parole, according to The Star Press. Robbins is known for targeting bars in campus areas and taking unauthorized pictures of women. He allegedly has also posed as a college professor.

The Ball State Department of Public Safety is offering a free Rape Aggression Defense Course to the community.
