CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Cleveland school district has hired a law firm to investigate a claim that its school security chief threatened a teacher.
Art teacher Jay Bloesinger has accused Chief Lester Fultz of grabbing him by the shoulder and threatening him on Feb. 23 in Walton School’s gym, The Plain Dealer reports. The complaint comes a year after Bloesinger was arrested and charged with gross sexual imposition involving a 14-year-old student.
The charges against Bloesinger were later dropped because evidence suggested that the student and her friend may have accused Bloesinger as a joke.
