AlliedBarton Security Services Acquires Fox Group Int'l

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. – AlliedBarton Security Services, the largest American owned and managed security services firm, announced that is has completed the acquisition of The Fox Group International, a security services firm located in Florida.

“The Fox Group International provides highly specialized security services to residential communities in Florida,” explained Bill Whitmore President and CEO of AlliedBarton Security Services. “As part of our efforts to increase our capabilities in that service offering, we identified The Fox Group as leader in this area. The Fox Group has a reputation for customer service-oriented, well-trained security officers dedicated to the safety and security of the residents and property of gated communities. This acquisition expands our presence in this market and strengthens our leadership team for this service offering in other parts of the country.”

AlliedBarton will immediately assume the security responsibilities of The Fox Group’s client sites.
