The person police believe is responsible for the shooting of two students at Tuskegee University turned himself in on April 16.
Ras Hodari Akanbi Jacobs-El, 20, surrendered to Huntsville police on the same day as the shooting, according to the Montgomery Advertiser.
University police said Jacobs-El, who is a student at the school, fired his weapon multiple times into a car around 4 a.m. Saturday in a campus parking lot. Two students suffered non-life threatening injuries as a result of the shooting.
