ACLU: Half of Fla. Districts Mislead Parents on Student Info Requirements

Published: May 23, 2012

FLORIDA — Approximately half of Florida school districts mislead parents by telling them that providing their children’s Social Security number is mandatory, according to a study conducted by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Florida.
