PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — Seven students from Upper Darby High School have been arrested in connection with an attack on a 13-year-old boy. One of the suspects recorded the incident with a cell phone camera.
On Jan. 11, Nadin Khoury, was kicked, dragged through the snow, thrown into a tree and eventually hung by his jacket on a wrought-iron fence, CNN reports. Khoury told the news source he had been bullied since the beginning of the school year.
The attack took place outside an apartment complex. At least one person walked by during the incident, but no one called police.
The suspects face juvenile charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault, criminal restraint, terroristic threats, reckless endangering of another person and conspiracy. They range in age from 13 to 17 years of age.
