A man was charged with marijuana possession after he began smoking a joint in a designated smoking area of Uniontown Hospital in Pennsylvania in 2010. A nurse smelled the marijuana and promptly called police. “I’m having a baby and wanted to get a buzz,” the man, who police did not identify, told authorities.
