1 Killed, 3 Injured in Houston High School Stabbing

HOUSTON — A 17-year-old student was stabbed to death and three others were injured Wednesday at Spring High School.

The incident occurred around 7 a.m. near the cafeteria, reports the Houston Chronicle. One of the injured victims was flown to a local hospital and is in critical condition. Three other individuals have been detained by police, reports ABC News.

The school was placed on lockdown and traffic was congested. Parents were asked to wait at a nearby Conns parking lot.
