3-Peat: CS Named Finalist for Magazine Award for 3rd Consecutive Year

LOS ANGELES – The Western Publishing Association (WPA) announced March 11 that Campus Safety magazine has once again been nominated for the Best Public Safety/Trade magazine Maggie Award.

This is the third year in a row the publication has been nominated for a Maggie. Last year, Campus Safety took home the coveted prize for Best Public Safety/Trade magazine. In 2006, the magazine was nominated for most improved publication.

In addition to Campus Safety being named as a finalist, its sister publication, Security Sales & Integration magazine was nominated for Best Series of Articles for “Understanding IP Video for DUMMIES.”

Overall, more than 1,700 entries were received for the awards, which honor the top magazines published west of the Mississippi River.

The 57th Annual Maggie Awards will be announced May 2 during a ceremony at the Westin Hotel at Los Angeles Airport.
