2nd Annual College Police, Investigators Conference To Be Held Aug. 6-9

FAIRFAX, Va. – The George Mason University Police Department announces the Second Annual College and University Police and Investigators Conference (CUPIC) will take place Aug. 6-9 in Fairfax, Va.

This conference will focus on the unique law enforcement and security needs of colleges and universities. A wide variety of topics will be covered, including computer crimes, sexual assaults, dealing with large events, alcohol enforcement, narcotics enforcement and current trends on campuses and techniques that other colleges/universities are using. Registration for attendees will begin February 2007. There is no cost for registration.
